June 27-30 Day 2-5

Day 2...
I arrived at Danny's around 2 pm., and he helped me fix my bike. He's a super generous guy with a neat background.
At Danny's I met Alex the army guy, Mike, Clay, and Daniel. All a pleasure to meet from the online motorcycle community.

Day 3...

This was the first day of the group ride that happens on the west coast. Most of the bikes are the same model and make as mine, so it's neat to see how everyone puts their own touches to their bikes. This day we rode Angeles Crest, Little Tujunga Canyon Rd, San Gabriel Canyon, and Glendora Mountain. All of these roads are near Los Angeles, California.

Day 4

This was the second day of the group ride that happens on the west coast. We were going to ride Ojai, but change of plans happened and we decided to ride malibu area near Los Angeles, California. Some awesome roads and enjoyed every bit of the ride. (and previous day). After we got back from the ride at about 2 pm. we got ready for the BBQ and talked bikes. It was nice to put names to faces and to meet everyone.

Day 5...

After sleeping in since the past couple days, Clay, Danny, and I went out for Breakfast. Afterwards we got ready to go on a ride in malibu again, which I was looking forward to a lot. I started on Clay's bike with a bit of intake and fuel modifications, and felt pretty good on the twisties. I notice a big change on acceleration out of the turns. After Clay's bike the fun really started to begin. I then rode Danny's suped up bike with on going engine modifications I believe, and also with some wider tires and lighter parts to make the bike handle like a a dream. I rode it and never felt so comfortable taking a hawk in the corners. I wanted his bike, but he wouldn't trade or anything so I'm stuck with mine for now. ;) Anyways, after getting back we spend till 1 or 2 am. to change oil in fork and some ther suspension work, change tires, and other little odds and ends that Danny and Clay helped out with. Well Clay quited early, but he's an old man and I understand. Just kidding.... :) Danny set me up, which I'm so thankful for because not only will it handle better, but it will make my bike a whole lot safer on the road.

In summary, the get together out west was probably the best roads I've been on, and I met some of the most friendlist people I've ever meet. Hope to keep in touch with all of you!
